PromptField.ai is an initiative of Bridgefield Advisory. We are committed to protecting your personal information and being transparent about how we use it. This Privacy Policy describes the data we collect, how it is used, and your rights as a visitor or registrant.
1. What Information We Collect
When you complete the interest registration form on PromptField.ai, we collect:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Company name
- Job title or role
- Company size (selected from a range)
- How you heard about PromptField.ai
- An optional free-text response about your AI challenges
We do not collect payment information through this form. We do not collect sensitive personal data such as government IDs, health information, or financial account details.
2. How We Use Your Information
The information you provide is used solely to:
- Notify you when The Logos Framework™ workshop cohort dates, format, and pricing are announced
- Respond to direct inquiries you submit
- Understand the background of our prospective audience so we can tailor the workshop experience
We will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
3. How Your Information Is Stored
Registration data is processed and stored via HubSpot, a third-party CRM and marketing platform. HubSpot processes data in accordance with its own Privacy Policy. Form submissions may also be captured by Netlify, our hosting provider, as a backup. Netlify's data handling is governed by their Privacy Policy.
We retain your information only as long as necessary to communicate about workshop availability and to honor any opt-out requests.
4. Cookies and Tracking
PromptField.ai does not currently use tracking cookies or third-party analytics scripts beyond what is inherent to our hosting and form platform infrastructure. We do not serve advertising or retargeting pixels.
5. Your Choices and Rights
You have the right to:
- Unsubscribe from any email communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by visiting HubSpot's unsubscribe page.
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
- Request deletion of your personal information from our records.
- Correct any inaccurate information we hold.

6. Children's Privacy
PromptField.ai is designed for business professionals and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of PromptField.ai after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
